For many years I have been putting other people' needs first, my family, my employer, my friends. I thought I was helping them, that I was doing the right the thing and it took me years to realise that I was doing the wrong thing and this was making me deeply sad and damaging my relationships. I was feeling deep seated dissatisfaction and found myself asking the questions, "Is this it? Isn't there more to life?' This had negative knock on effects with my friends and family.
Then I discovered the science backed techniques of Positive Psychology and these transformed my life. I use these techniques on a daily basis, they have become part of my life and I am much happier, more fulfilled and I have more direction and purpose in my life. Now I want to help you to do the same and take your life to the next level.
It can be difficult getting a sense of balance as putting other's needs first can be an ingrained habit, formed over decades. As your life coach, I will support you to put yourself first, so that you can be the best version of yourself for you, and yes, for your family, friends, business colleagues, etc, because I know that's important to you. Surprisingly you don't become selfish by putting yourself first. In fact you are more available and present for others because you are recharged and fully focused.
