What is one to one Positive Psychology coaching?
Coaching is a dynamic process where I (the coach) will work with you (the coachee) in order to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
The aim of coaching is to unlock your potential in order to maximise your performance. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals. I will then support you in finding the most effective strategies and tools to help you achieve these goals. |
How do Positive Psychology coaching sessions work?
First we will set an objective for the session, something that you want to work on.
Then we will explore the subject matter further. I will ask you questions and listen very carefully for the things you are saying that you may not realise you are saying. This will give us greater insight. I will support you and your unique qualities. I will also challenge you in order to bring the very best out in you. You will gain clarity and set actionable goals. |
Sessions cost £65 per hour, and packages are available for multi-session bookings. Message me here for more info
What is the difference between coaching and counselling?
Coaching focuses on the future and the present and it involves setting and working towards goals.
It is for people who want support gaining clarity in different areas in their lives. It is very solution focused with the emphasis on personal growth and development. Whereas counselling focuses on the past and the present. It is for people who may be suffering in some way, maybe from a traumatic event or suffering due to depression or OCD. Counselling involves finding an emotional resolution to past suffering. |
